On Friday, October 23, 2015, from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm, the Brandywine Valley Insurance community will come together at the Doubletree by Hilton for an Industry Day (I-Day), organized by the Brandywine Valley CPCU Society Chapter.  Last year's event was a great success and we intend to continue that trend this year!

This year's topic is "Emerging Trends."

Sandee Perfetto

Sandee Perfetto is Product Development Director, Personal Auto/Umbrella, for ISO Insurance Programs and Analytic Services. She has been with ISO since 1996 and is responsible for overseeing the research, development, implementation and maintenance of forms, manual rules and relativities, loss costs, and vehicle symbols for ISO's Personal Auto, Motorcycle and Personal Umbrella insurance programs.
 
Sandee graduated from the University of Harford with a bachelor of science in business administration and from Queens College with a master of science in education.

Kevin Poll

Kevin Poll is the Director of Product Development for Personal Property and Commercial Farm at Insurance Services Office (ISO).  Kevin joined ISO in July after spending 10 years working in various roles for several personal lines carriers.  Kevin most recently served as a Regional Product Manager for four years at Chubb Insurance, managing the homeowners line of business.  Kevin is a graduate from Loyola University Maryland where he received a BA in psychology.  Additionally, Kevin obtained his MBA from the University of Connecticut.  

Pamella Raison

Pamella Raison is a Senior Corporate Counsel with Farmers Insurance Group. She supports a range of clients in the Property and Casualty (P & C) division and provides legal advice on Personal Lines products and services offered through multiple distribution channels, including exclusive agents, independent agents and direct operations.  She advises on digital and target marketing, e-business, social media, aggregator and affinity contract drafting and management in addition to providing day-to-day regulatory and compliance oversight for the company’s private passenger automobile, Assigned Risk business and specialty products. 

Franklin T. Pyle, Jr.

Mr. Frank Pyle is a native Delawarean, having been born and raised in the City of Wilmington. He is the current Manager of the Market Conduct/Consumer Services/Producer Licensing Divisions for the Delaware Insurance Department. Prior to this position he was the Deputy Director of the Fraud Prevention Bureau. He has been with the Department for over17 years. Prior to joining the Department, Mr. Pyle was with the Wilmington Police Department for twenty one years. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the National Insurance Crime Bureau Academy. 

Karen Weldin Stewart

Insurance Commissioner
State of Delaware

Elected Delaware's 25th Insurance Commissioner in 2008 and now serving her second term, Karen Weldin Stewart regulates a jurisdiction that ranks 12th in the United States in national written premium and contains companies with $489 billion in assets. Stewart heads the Delaware Department of Insurance (DOI), the largest consumer protection agency in the state. She regulates Delaware's insurance industry, ensuring that companies are able to pay claims, and she enforces state insurance laws.
