In Glenn's role, he is responsible for 21st strategy, growth and profitability. Glenn, who has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, has been with the company since 1988. He has served in a variety of roles, including: his current position, EVP and treasurer for AIG’s personal lines division, president of AIG Marketing, Inc., and vice president and controller for AIG Hawaii Insurance Company. Prior to joining 21st, Glenn worked for a direct response life/health company, and began his career in the banking industry. He holds degrees from the University of Delaware and Widener University.

Anita Z. Bourke is Executive Vice President at The Institutes. As EVP, Bourke leads Sales and Marketing strategy for The Institutes. Before joining the Institutes, Bourke was the president of IMA of Kansas, a subsidiary of The IMA Financial Group in Wichita, Kansas, a regional insurance broker. Prior to working at IMA, Bourke was employed by the Willis Group for 17 years in various management roles. Bourke holds the CPCU and AINS designations and served as president of the CPCU Society from 1997-1998. She holds a degree from the University of Alabama and completed the Wharton Advanced Executive Education Program.

Robert Boerner

Robert “Bob” Boerner is a Claim Team Manager for State Farm Insurance Company.  During his career he has worked in various areas of fire and casualty claims.  He has earned his CPCU, CLU, ChFC and SCLA designations.  He is a past President of the Brandywine Valley CPCU Chapter.  Bob is a past CPCU Society Regional Governor, Managing Governor and will serve on the Nominating Committee in 2017.

Dorrell Green

Dorrell Green is the Assistant Superintendent of the Brandywine School District. Since the summer of 2012, he has been responsible for all operational functions of the district: transportation, discipline, nutrition, facilities, budget, safety/security and human resources.   HIs diverse leadership background has afforded him the opportunity to work with at-risk, community-based, and traditional communities. A 20-year resident of Delaware, Mr. Green graduated from the University of Delaware with both his bachelor's  and master’s degrees.  He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University.

Robert Brown

Robert Brown is Vice President of Underwriting for State Farm® Mutual Automobile Insurance Companies, a role he has held since 2016. He is responsible for underwriting oversight of the property and casualty lines of business. His positions during his 25 years at State Farm® include; underwriting superintendent, property/casualty consultant, and vice president of underwriting for the Eastern United States. Robert holds degrees from Illinois State University and The American College. He has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations.

Bert Randall, President of Franklin & Prokopik, is a trial attorney concentrating in complex matters involving employment, tort liability and business litigation.  He regularly represents companies in state and federal courts, and before state and federal administrative agencies.  Outside of his active trial practice, Bert provides general counsel services to Maryland businesses including General Counsel to the Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) and Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM).  Additionally, Bert actively counsels employers in effective policy formation and training in order to avoid costly litigation.
