December 2017 Chapter Meeting

12/12/17 7:45am to 9:15am

Topic:               Liability factors connected with Active Shooters and Terrorism

Mr. Joseph M. Toddy will be joining our meeting to discuss the potential liability factors connected to a growing issue in the United States – Active Shooters and Terrorism.  Consider these points*:

  • While the U.S. has 5% of the world’s population, it accounts for 31% of public mass shootings.
  • Between 1966 and 2012, there were 90 mass shootings in the United States.

Concerning statistics to say the least.  As insurance professionals, Mr. Toddy’s insights will provide another lens on a growing epidemic.
