Do you lead a team? Part of a Team? Do you notice that sometimes the style of the leader and the needs of the team don’t always align? In this session you will:

- the components of a 4-Dimensional Leadership Style Model
- Examples of leadership patterns using the model
- Analyze:
- Your Leadership Style
- Team Leadership Needs
- The gap between leader style and team needs
This training presentation was developed by Toastmasters, an international communication and leadership organization. Elizabeth is an active member of Toastmasters; she is the Immediate Past President of the Caesar Rodney Toastmasters Club in North Wilmington, Delaware, and is currently the Division A Director whose role is to oversee the growth and development of 700 members in 30 clubs.
