Topic: Transformative Professional Development

Whether self-employed, working for a small organization, a large corporation, or planning to work for one, it is important to be continuously engaged in professional development activities.   This workshop will identify ten critical factors to apply to your ability to add value to an organization.  Participants will come away armed with strategies to reach beyond just simple development to making transformative changes.
