Dr. Francine T. Edwards is an organizational development consultant who has provided training services for a number of organizations Including the City of Alexandria, Advantage Property Mgt, Wilmington University and The District of Columbia Police Department. Edwards also serves as an associate professor in the Mass Communications Department at Delaware State Univ, media and broadcast Writing, public relations, organizational communication and communication theory. Edwards holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a master's degree in organizational development from Bowie State University and a doctorate in organizational communication from Howard Univ.
