Topic:                Emerging Technology and Big Data Analytics

Almost every day we hear about the impact of new technology and advanced analytics on the property-casualty insurance business. This session will explore emerging technologies, such as smart sensors, computer vision, and artificial intelligence, as well as the ways these technologies are being incorporated with smart products and operations to assess and control risk. In addition, the session will summarize some of the advanced techniques being employed to analyze the “big” data being generated by this new technology.
