Topic:                Effective Risk Management for Growing Businesses:  The L.A.S.E.R.-Focused Approach

Many businesses are “too small” to have a full, formal risk management program.  Therefore, those within these organizations who are primarily responsible for risk management need to be laser-focused in their approach to the most significant risks (and opportunities) that face these companies.  Ideally, in these situations, the management of risk should be a participatory process involving internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and insurance partners.  This presentation addresses some of the major areas of focus and attention, and offers ideas and strategies on how to best insulate a company from risk, and meet its profitability goals.
