As we all know, change is inevitable.  Our approach to change is the defining factor to a successful transition.

• How can you prepare for change?
• How can you support others to adopt change?
• What can you do to drive positive sustainable outcomes?
• What steps can you take to go from Current State to Future State?

In our November 8^th Meeting, we will define, manage and discuss Change Management utilizing methodology developed from Prosci’s ADKAR Model.  Register now to join us for this event.
