Laurel Lee Brabson
Laurel Lee put herself through Indiana University working as a National Park Service ranger. Her education and experience lead her to an insurance career in 1987. Her journey started as front line call center service rep for National Liberty Corporation. After multiple positions there, she transitioned to AIG as a Operations leader where she established a virtual call center with 300+ agents working from home. As Director of Operations for 21st Century Insurance she oversees a diverse workforce including call center, virtual, and walk in office employees spanning 6 time zones from DE to the Hawaiian islands.
